How do I order? You can send us an email or give us a call for the cakes. For any accessories you can order online and it will be delivered to your door. Unfortunately payments have to be taken seperately for the cakes and accessories.
Do you have a minimum /maximum order? Minimum order is £20 but you can buy individually from one of our suppliers.
What flavours can I have? All the flavours are on the website but we are inventing new recipes all the time. If you have an idea for a flavour for cake or frosting or combination of the 2 let us know.
Are your cakes nut, gluten, sugar and lactose free? Unfortunately we aren't able to cater for those with allergies. We have lots of cake varieties without nuts but cannot guarantee them to be free of traces of nuts.
How should I store my cakes? Keep the cupcakes in an airtight container. General rule - EAT ASAP! If you have cut into a larger cake keep in an airtight container. Should keep upto a week.
How much notice do you need for an order? On order sizes of 100 cupcakes or less we need a 2 working days. On orders more than that, a week. We can do birthday cakes within the week (sometimes less). Let us know though as we have been known to accommodate and work some Cakerama Magic!
Do you deliver the cakes? We do deliver locally for a small cost. Unfortunately we are not equiped for collections.
Can I send your cupcakes as a gift? Yes as long as they are local.
Where is your bakery? Woodford Halse on the boarders of Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.
Can you donate something to our school auction / fundraiser / non profit event? We can't promise but we may be able to do something.
Is Cakerama a chain? No

Will my details be kept or passed on? If you sign up to go on our mailing list we will only keep your details and never pass them on.
Where do you buy your ingredients? We use as many local ingredients as we can. Our eggs are from a farm less than a mile away and flour is from a mill 15 miles away.
Will you write on cupcakes? Yes but they do come under bespoke prices
Do they need to be refrigerated? No they won't be at their best if refrigerated
Do you have cupcake stands? Yes we do hire out stands
Do you do weddings? Yes
How many cupcakes should I order for a party of ten people (or 20 or 500)? People have been know to have 2nds, 3rds and sometimes 5ths! We would advise at least 1 per person.
